Το επίσημο soundtrack album αποτελείται από τρία επιπλέον ολοκαίνουργια ηχογραφημένα τραγούδια, ανάμεσα τους το "He Lei Pāpahi No Lilo a me Stitch" που ερμηνεύει ο Χαβανέζος τραγουδιστής
Mark Kealiʻi Hoʻomalu & το "Hawaiian Roller Coaster Ride" που ερμηνεύει ο νικητής του American Idol Iam Tongi, με τα δύο τραγούδια να συνοδεύονται από τη μαγευτική χορωδία των Kamehameha Schools Children.
Το κλασικό "Burning Love" του Elvis Presley ερμηνεύεται από τους Nyjah Music & Zyah Rhythm, δύο νέους μουσικούς που γεννήθηκαν και μεγάλωσαν στη βόρεια ακτή της Οάχου, ανίψια του βραβευμένου με Grammy Bruno Mars, ο οποίος έκανε και την παραγωγή του κομματιού. “It was incredibly important to the director Dean and me to make a
score that could move between sci-fi and Hawaiian instrumentation but still give the characters
their own unique sounds. Lilo and Nani’s emotional moments are scored with distant voices,
Stitch’s chaos is highlighted by psychotic wooden flutes, and the weird boops and beeps for the
aliens are made from a recording of me blowing over a plastic bottle, manipulated and processed
in every way I could think of. It was such a blast going back and forth with Dean across these
palettes, sometimes looking for the weirdest combinations of sounds, and sometimes looking for
the most heartfelt.” – Dan Romer
